3. What Happens After You File

• We will notify the person who posted the content (if applicable)
• Repeated infringers may have their access to the site terminated

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:

• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

TinyNestly has a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat infringers. Users, contributors, or commenters who repeatedly violate copyright will be permanently banned from the website.

6. False Claims Warning

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice is a serious legal matter. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents material as infringing (or knowingly misrepresents that removed material was mistakenly removed) may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
